Wallcovering width is 50" for both Standard weight and Commercial weight. There is 49" of live design per width with 1/2" overlap on each side edge to allow for seamless design matching.

Fabric width is 58". There is 49" of live design with 2" of overlap on each side edge to allow for seamless design matching.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:

Fabric is sold by the linear yard. Custom printing on COM fabric is based on case to case basis. Wallcovering is sold by the linear foot. The minimum order of fabric is three (3) linear yards. The minimum order of wallcovering is six (6) linear feet. Lead time is three to four (3-4) weeks upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the amount of the merchandise value. For rush orders, lead time two (2) weeks, a fee of 20% of the amount of the merchandise value will be charged. Strike-off charges are due at time of strike-off order. No merchandise is returnable without written permission from RINEKWALL. A restocking fee of 50% of the amount of the merchandise value will be charged for returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for sales tax on all orders. Balance is due before delivery. All prices are subject to change without notice. All RINEKWALL products carry a one (1) year warranty.

CUSTOM DESIGNS

A Custom Design Fee of $500.00 will be charged for each order and includes two hours of Design Work. Additional Design Work will be charged at $125.00/hour. Buyer will be charged for any and all expenses pertaining to the creation of the Custom Design, such as materials, travel, etc. Alterations to existing RINEKWALL Designs are considered Custom Designs. Custom Design orders are non-returnable. Balance is due before delivery.

RINEKWALL cannot be responsible for delays or failure of delivery due to strikes, differences with suppliers, compliance or regulations of government, or any cause beyond the control of the RINEKWALL. RINEKWALL does not accept any responsibility where on-site conditions and limitations prevent final delivery of items. In all cases it is the responsibility of the buyer to determine that entry doors, elevators, etc., can accept the size of the completed items. The responsibility of RINEKWALL ceases upon consignment to the shipping carrier. Occasionally shipping charges must be estimated. The buyer must settle differences between estimated and subsequent actual charges by the shipping carrier. On buyer’s order we encourage specific details to the greatest degree possible. In the absence of written detail the best judgment of RINEKWALL will prevail.
